Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multi-property portfolio. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare leases for move-in.

This role involves daily coordination with maintenance and on-site staff. The position requires staying informed on market conditions, executing marketing plans, and ensuring show units meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales skills to greet, qualify prospects, and process leases.

Responsibilities

• Perform all leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Use property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for residents.
