Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a 216-unit property. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and lease signings.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, developing occupancy-focused marketing plans, managing online and referral campaigns, and using OneSite/Yardi to track data. The role requires strong customer service and the ability to work a Tue–Sat schedule with

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales within residential communities.
• Ability to design and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.)
• Customer service and tenant relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications and screening, prepare lease packages and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments to ensure move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for any actions.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and maximize revenue.
• Create and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online campaigns.
• Maintain data in property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident information.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Support lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner concerns and document requests.
