• Process move-ins, move-outs, transfers, recertifications and annual/interim certifications.
• Communicate with residents regarding eligibility, documentation and occupancy requirements.
• Ensure files and occupancy records comply with applicable affordable-housing/HUD requirements.

Job description

Experience with HUD is required.
