• Handle leasing/occupancy for affordable housing units.
• Process applications and determine applicant eligibility.
• Verify income, assets, household composition and other required documentation.
• Maintain resident files and ensure required documentation is current.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, transfers, recertifications and annual/interim certifications.
• Communicate with residents regarding eligibility, documentation and occupancy requirements.
• Ensure files and occupancy records comply with applicable affordable-housing/HUD requirements.
