Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Leasing & Marketing Team Leader. This full-time, on-site role concentrates on leasing, marketing, and resident relations to drive occupancy and pre-lease future availability.

The position offers hourly compensation, benefits, and bonus eligibility, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities to participate in Cardinal U training. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
High energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present property and apartments, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow up.
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly.
Complete all lease applications and participate in verification of applications.
Notify prospective clients of results.
Maintain accurate client records in accordance with policy.
Update daily reports on vacancy and activity.
