Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present property and apartments, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally for prospects, clients, internal staff or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify results to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports (vacancies, activity, notices to vacate).
• Keep tour route neat to enhance curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
