Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies in Denver invites a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to assist the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will drive occupancy through proactive leasing, on-site marketing and top-tier guest service.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires 1-2 years in customer service and sales, availability evenings/weekends, and a commitment to Cardinal Core Values. Competitive compensation includes a salary range of $24–$26 per hour plus bonus potential

Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
High-energy and fast-paced work environment.
Excellent customer service, warm and helpful demeanor.
Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property and close the sale.
Answer calls professionally for prospects, clients, staff or vendors.
Complete lease applications and verify results with applicants.
Maintain client records and update daily vacancy/activity reports.
Maintain tour route for curb appeal.
Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
