Cardinal Group Companies in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an Assistant Leasing & Marketing Team Leader (Full-time, on-site). This role supports the Community Manager by managing leasing, marketing, and resident relations to drive 100% occupancy and future availability.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, presenting the property, handling calls, processing applications, maintaining records, and contributing to the concierge program.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Provide excellent service and strive for customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills; warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, present the property, sell features/benefits, close the sale and follow up.
• Answer calls professionally for prospective clients, clients, staff, or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify results.
• Maintain accurate client records per policy.
• Update daily vacancy and activity reports.
• Maintain tour routes and curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
