Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies in Marietta, GA is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader (Full-time, non-exempt) to support the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, resident relations and operations. The role targets 100% occupancy through retention, leasing current availability and pre-leasing future inventory.

You will lead daily leasing activities, coordinate with the marketing team, and ensure high-quality customer service while maintaining property standards and team performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoys providing excellent service.
• Excellent customer service skills—warm, friendly and helpful on phone and in person.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence/memos.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present property, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally for prospective clients, clients, staff or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify applicants of results.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily reports (notice to vacate, vacancy, activity).
• Maintain and update tour routes for curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
