Cardinal Group Companies in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader (full-time, non-exempt) to support the Community Manager with leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role targets achieving 100% occupancy through retention, leasing current inventory, and pre-leasing future units.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, sales, and daily administrative duties, with evenings and weekends required.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Excellent customer service skills: warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property, use feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify prospective clients of results.
• Maintain accurate client records and daily reports per policy.
• Keep tour route and curb appeal in good condition.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
