Cardinal Group Companies in Los Angeles seeks a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to drive leasing, marketing, and resident relations with a focus on occupancy goals. This full-time, non-exempt role supports the Community Manager and leads daily operations across leasing and guest services.

The position requires 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience, high energy, and strong communication. Evening and weekend availability is preferred. Training and benefits are provided.

• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.

Mansioni

• Greet prospects, qualify needs, present the property and apartments, sell features/benefits, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and handle inquiries from prospects, clients, team members or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in verification; notify applicants of results.
• Maintain client records and daily reports (vacancies, activity, notices to vacate).
• Maintain and refresh the tour route to preserve curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
