Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager in property operations with emphasis on leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The goal is to maintain 100% occupancy through proactive leasing and pre-leasing of future availability.

The role requires strong customer service and sales experience, high energy, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
Strong communication skills.
High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present the property, and close the sale.
Answer incoming calls professionally from prospective clients, clients, teammates, or vendors.
Complete all lease applications and participate in verification; notify prospects of results.
Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports on vacancy status and activity.
Maintain and optimize the tour route for curb appeal and accessibility.
Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of the concierge program.
Participate in required Cardinal U training.
