The position is full-time and non-exempt, based in Tallahassee, FL, with hourly compensation, benefits, and bonus eligibility. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent service orientation and customer relations skills.
• Strong communication skills on phone and in person.
• Basic typing and writing ability for correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, determine needs, and present the property and apartments.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries from clients, residents, and vendors.
• Complete lease applications and assist in verification and notification of results.
• Maintain accurate records and daily reports; manage occupancy and reports.
• Support concierge tasks and participate in training as needed.
