Ultipro in Knoxville seeks a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager in overseeing property operations with a focus on leasing, marketing, and resident relations. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with hourly compensation, plus benefits and bonus eligibility.

The position emphasizes achieving 100% occupancy through retention, leasing current availability, and pre-leasing future units, while maintaining the tour route and contributing to concierge services.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service.
• Excellent customer service skills warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients warmly, qualify, determine needs and preferences, present the property and apartment homes, close the sale and follow-up.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly.
• Complete all lease applications and participate in the verification of applications; notify results.
• Maintain accurate client records and update daily reports (vacancy, activity, notice to vacate).
• Maintain and update tour route for curb side appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
