Cardinal Group Companies invites a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager in property operations, focusing on leasing, marketing and resident relations to achieve 100% occupancy through retention and pre-leasing. Position is full-time and non-exempt, with hourly compensation and eligible bonuses.

The role requires energic customer service, ability to handle high-volume inquiries, and collaboration with Cardinal U training. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast pace environment.
• Excellent customer service skills – warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients, qualify needs, present property, sell features, close the lease and follow up.
• Answer calls professionally for clients, internal team members or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and verify results with applicants.
• Maintain client records and daily vacancy/activity reports.
