Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader (full-time, non-exempt) to support the Community Manager in property operations with emphasis on leasing, marketing, and resident relations. The role aims for 100% occupancy through retention, current leasing, and pre-leasing of future availability.

The role involves greeting prospects, presenting the property, processing applications, maintaining records, and supporting a concierge program.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, warm, friendly and helpful.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and qualify needs; present property and apartment homes; close the sale and follow up.
• Handle incoming calls professionally for clients, internal team members, or vendors.
• Complete lease applications and participate in application verification; notify results.
• Maintain accurate client records per policy; update daily reports (vacancies, activity, notices).
• Maintain and optimize tour routes for curb appeal.
• Assist residents with day-to-day tasks as part of concierge program.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
