RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities across properties. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and experience with property management software like Entrata Yardi or One Site. Weekend availability is required and local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects and conduct property tours to generate leases.
• Process applications, credit checks, tenant screening, and move‑in packets.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move‑in and lease signing.
• Execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic (referrals, social media, outreach).
• Respond to resident questions and handle renewals and occupancy goals.
