Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.

The role requires inspecting apartments, implementing short- and long-term marketing plans, and following company policies to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures move-in readiness.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability and data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Prepares lease renewal letters and packages and coordinates renewal timing.
• Responds promptly to resident and owner questions and concerns.
