Qualifications

• Incumbents must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify leads, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications and run background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Monitor market conditions, develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Coordinate leasing activities, renewals, and follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction.
