Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies that drive occupancy and revenue for a residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process, while executing marketing activities and tracking performance with property management software.

You’ll analyze market conditions, contribute to short- and long-term marketing plans, and actively support renewal processes to maximize resident

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property sales is preferred.
• Ability to design and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.
• Implement marketing plans and drive traffic through online platforms and referrals.
• Manage show units to meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
