Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, screen applicants, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins.

You will implement marketing plans, monitor market conditions, and drive traffic through online and referral programs, while using OneSite/Yardi to track data and ensure show units meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Strong customer service mindset with resident satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Develop market plans to boost occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design marketing activities and drive traffic via online tools and referrals.
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, leases, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prep leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases or renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters/packages and contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
