Job summary

Greystar seeks a dedicated leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies in Dallas. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by guiding prospects from tour to lease signing and managing renewals with care.

You'll greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and coordinate move-ins, while collaborating with maintenance and marketing to optimize show units and traffic.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to qualify prospects and process applications.
• Experience conducting community tours and lease signings.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software such as OneSite/Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and coordinate with policies on concessions.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic using online channels and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and coordinate with maintenance teams.
