The role requires staying informed about market conditions, designing marketing plans, and using tools like OneSite and Yardi to manage data and show units in a compelling way.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare lease documents.
• Track apartment availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Assist in implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
