Qualificações

• Experience in leasing and customer service within residential communities.
• Ability to conduct tours, process applications, and screen applicants.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi).

Responsabilidades

• Leads all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic and relies on referrals/outreach programs.
• Tracks availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Prepares lease renewals and communications for renewing residents.
• Provides timely responses to resident questions and concerns.
