Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a 288-unit community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to ensure occupancy and revenue goals.

The role requires promoting resident satisfaction and coordinating renewal activity while using on-site management software. A valid driver’s license is required and some evenings/weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales within multifamily properties.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects to drive occupancy.
• Conduct tours and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-ins.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Coordinate lease renewals and related communications.
