Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance to readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via referrals, employer outreach, and online marketing.
