Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Dallas community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will monitor market conditions to optimize occupancy, implement marketing plans, manage online and referral programs, and support lease renewals with timely communications and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, greeting prospects, processing applications, and lease execution.
• Background checks and move-in preparation are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to generate traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and manage referral/outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data; ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease renewals when applicable.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters/packages and contacting renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
