Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our Mesa community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare leases and move-in packages to drive occupancy and revenue.

You will stay informed about market conditions, develop short- and long-term marketing plans, and use on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track activity and manage resident data.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service skills and resident relations.
• Knowledge of on-site marketing and leasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
