Greystar is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases, and support move‑in tasks while maintaining resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include implementing short- and long‑term marketing plans, tracking traffic with OneSite/Yardi, and assisting in lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Required licenses as applicable by state/local jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move‑in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via online marketing, referrals, and employer outreach.
• Track availability and data using OneSite/Yardi and report metrics.
• Prepare renewal letters and coordinate lease renewals on schedule.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and requests.
