Job summary

Greystar is seeking a proactive Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our Mesa community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and guide residents from move-in to renewal while upholding Greystar’s service standards.

You will stay informed about local market conditions, implement marketing plans, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure show-ready units. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and resident relations.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications.
• Knowledge of market conditions and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals and processes applications.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates renovations as needed.
• Designs and executes local marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Uses property management software to track availability and leads.
• Handles lease renewals and follow-ups with residents.
• Responds to resident inquiries and coordinates with maintenance.
