Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, show apartments, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities and drive traffic using online tools.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software.
• Support lease renewals and respond promptly to resident questions.
