Greystar in Phoenix seeks a Leasing Coordinator to manage leasing and renewal activities, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, and prepare leases. You will design marketing plans, track occupancy, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure show units meet standards.

• Experience in leasing and resident screening.
• Ability to design and implement local marketing plans.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure smooth lease signing.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in; coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute resident referrals and employer outreach programs.
• Monitor traffic and leasing activities using property management software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
