Greystar is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins, while coordinating with maintenance and property staff.

You will stay informed about market conditions, execute marketing plans, and use property management software to track activity and data. A valid driver's license is required for on-site duties and occasional travel.

• Experience with leasing processes and screening.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

• Prepare lease and move-in package and ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Make use of online marketing and referrals to drive traffic.
• Record leasing activities and manage resident data in property software.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Support lease renewal communications and timely execution of renewal documents.
