Job summary

Greystar in Scottsdale is seeking a Leasing Coordinator/Property Marketing role to drive occupancy and revenue. You will manage leasing activities, tours, applications, and lease signings, while coordinating with maintenance to ensure move‑in readiness and maintaining show units to company standards.

You will stay informed about market conditions, implement short and long term marketing plans, and use on‑site software to track data and tenant information.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move‑in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to resident move‑in and ensures apartments are move‑in ready, scheduling outstanding items with maintenance.
• Stays informed about market conditions and develops short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies related to concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, using internet marketing tools and other community programs.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to ensure satisfaction and finalize lease/renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters/packages and contacting renewing residents.
