Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies on-site. You will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention by greeting prospects, touring properties, processing applications, and securing renewals.

You will implement marketing plans, coordinate with on-site teams, and use Yardi for data management while maintaining show units to company standards. Weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform duties satisfactorily with accommodations as needed.
• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design offsite marketing activities and use internet marketing tools.
• Use Yardi to track availability and lease activities.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prep the leasing office.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for residents and manage renewals.
• Respond promptly to concerns and document requests for resolution.
• Complete accounting, financial, and other reports as assigned.
• Maintain attendance and meet physical demands of the position.
