Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative for its property management team. The role focuses on coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The ideal candidate will managing in-person prospect interactions, tours, applications, and renewals, while applying marketing strategies and using Yardi to track data and drive traffic to the property.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, internet and customer service background essential.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and background checks.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design offsite marketing to drive traffic and referrals.
• Track leasing activities and demographics in property software.
