Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, and prepare lease agreements and move-in packages.

The role involves coordinating marketing activities to drive traffic, performing showings, and ensuring resident satisfaction and timely lease renewals, while maintaining show units to Greystar standards.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate finish with maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue growth.
• Drive traffic via on-site and online marketing and referrals.
