Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Dallas is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a multi‑unit community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move‑ins and high occupancy.

You will design and execute marketing activities, track units with OneSite/Yardi, and maintain show unit quality. The role includes renewal support and responsive resident service at the onsite property.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing/sales activities or property management is preferred.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and coordinate tours.
• Familiarity with credit screening and lease processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, marketing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and run background checks.
• Prepare leases and move‑in packages and ensure smooth move‑in and signing.
• Implement marketing plans and programs to boost occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Follow up with prospects and renewing residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and renewal packages.
• Respond to resident questions and document requests promptly.
