Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals at a Greystar community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and assemble move-in packages to ensure a smooth leasing process.

You will inspect units, coordinate maintenance, track leasing data in OneSite/Yardi, and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy. A focus on customer satisfaction helps drive renewals and lease partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Performs leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, tours, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates maintenance to ensure move-in readiness.
• Monitors market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and sales.
• Designs marketing activities and uses internet channels to drive traffic to the community.
• Tracks availability and leasing activity using on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and encourages lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and meeting with renewing residents.
