Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure smooth move-ins.

The role focuses on achieving occupancy targets, resident satisfaction, and timely lease renewals while following company policies and marketing plans. A valid driver’s license is required for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property marketing.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of lease applications, screenings and move-in processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and lease paperwork.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
