• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Credit and background checks as part of screening.
• Maintain high occupancy and lease renewals through pro-active outreach.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, credit screening, and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments for move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Track availability and leasing activities using OneSite/Yardi; manage resident and prospect data.
• Ensure show units meet standards and coordinate with maintenance and merchandising.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes with letters and meetings.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
