Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals across a multi-market community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases, while maintaining move-in readiness and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will analyze market conditions, implement marketing plans, and drive occupancy through referrals, online marketing, and employer outreach, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and processing applications.
• Ability to conduct tours and qualify prospects.
• Knowledge of market conditions and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate move-ins with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities and drive traffic using online tools.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals; manage lease renewals.
• Ensure show units meet standards and coordinate with maintenance teams.
