Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across the community, driving occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will lead tours, screen applicants, process applications, and coordinate with Lifestyle Coordinator to boost resident engagement, ensuring show units meet quality standards and lease terms are executed smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of sales, marketing, internet and customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively on legal documents and sales pitches.
• Math skills to process sales conversions and close deals.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct presentations and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing plans to sustain occupancy and rents.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, data and demographics.
