Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Daly City, CA to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will handle tours, applications, and move-ins, while using OneSite/Yardi/RealPage to manage data and drive occupancy.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software. A housing discount and incentive bonuses are offered, with a 5-day work week including some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong professional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in property management software, including Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, and OneSite.
• Experience in CRM management, lead tracking, and maintaining leasing records.
• Ability to inspect units and coordinate leasing activities with maintenance and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and credit checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Maintain show units to company standards; coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Track availability and leasing activities using on-site software; manage data.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages; contact renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and document requests.
