Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations on-site. You will handle leases, tours, applications, deposits, and orientation for new residents, while maintaining a positive community image and ensuring timely follow-ups.

The role requires协 strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with property management tools; flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or technical school degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Maintain availability reports; process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Obtain Community Manager approval and follow up on status.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare units for move-ins with signatures.
• Maintain an active social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Close the sale with tours, lead generation, showrooms, and follow-up.
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget and plan updates.
• Represent the community positively to achieve objectives and recognition.
• Plan resident events to support retention; attend after-hours functions as needed.
• Complete lease, move-in, and checkout paperwork during peak periods.
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings; collaborate with maintenance on requests.
