Job summary

Greystar in Orlando, FL is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Specialist to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare leases while ensuring move-in readiness and occupant satisfaction.

You will implement marketing plans, manage online listings, referrals, and employer outreach to sustain occupancy. Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required for on-site work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages for move-in.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure units are ready; coordinate with maintenance.
• Design and execute local marketing plans, online and referral programs, to drive traffic.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software; maintain show units and office readiness.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals; manage communications.
