Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist at our Orlando properties to drive leasing, conduct tours, and process applications. You will manage move-ins, coordinate with maintenance, and implement local marketing plans to sustain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will utilize property management software such as OneSite and Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data while adhering to company standards for show units and leasing office readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property marketing preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for on-site operations.
• Ability to travel occasionally for property coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Tour properties, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive traffic.
