Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a garden apartment community. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit, and prepare move-in packages to ensure a smooth lease experience.

The role requires flexibility, excellent customer service, and the ability to work on-site with a collaborative team. Strong communication helps drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales in residential properties.
• Ability to coordinate marketing and resident communications.
• Familiarity with on-site software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications to meet revenue goals.
• Screen applicants (credit/background) and prepare leases and move-in packets.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance for follow-up items.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Manage data in property management software and ensure accurate records.
• Support lease renewals and communicate with residents to ensure satisfaction.
