Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease agreements, ensuring smooth move-ins and strong resident satisfaction.

You will also implement marketing plans, use on-site software to track data, and coordinate with maintenance to keep show units in top condition. A valid driver’s license is required for on-property duties.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities: greet prospects, tours, applications, credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect show units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily operations.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and contacting renewing residents.
