Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a garden community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to achieve occupancy targets.

You will ensure move-in readiness, manage renewals, and implement marketing plans. The role emphasizes resident satisfaction and strong collaboration with maintenance and the onsite team.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, prepare leases.
• Ensure move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance to support occupancy.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize internet marketing tools and referrals to attract residents.
• Follow policies on concessions and special programs for leasing performance.
• Maintain show units to company standards and prepare leasing office daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours and qualify prospects.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance to address move-in readiness items.
• Support lease renewal process with timely documents and communications.
